All staff I encountered at the store were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only negative comment would be I felt the watch repairers could have offered more information. I didn’t know if the watch was broken or just needed a new battery until it was back at Timpsons.

Excellent service. Went for a clasp replacement for my silver chain and it came back stronger than the original and polished for a very reasonable price. The wait wasn’t long at all And the staff were very polite and helpful, will definitely recommend.

I've had 1 chain (lobster clasp replaced) & 2 brackets repaired (1 lobster clasp replaced & 1 clasp & bracket welded back together) also 1 ring resized to make it smaller. All work was carried out & jewellery was ready for collection 1 week later. I recommend Timpsons for your jewellery repairs/altercations. Friendly, knowledgeable staff & great work all round.

I have to state to say I was over the moon wit the service I received would be an understatement my watch was returned to me as if it was brand new !! I would highly recommend Cirencester Timpson for any watch service or repair. The team at the shop couldn’t be more helpful or knowledgeable I will definitely be back with my other watches

So pleased with the repair that Timpson carried out for me. It took a bit longer than originally expected but the work is to such a high standard - it’s like I have a new ring!
