Receptionist wasn’t very friendly I guess because I called her on her lunch while she was sitting there eating lunch she had an attitude , The the Doctor and nurse or awesome .

I went there because earache, I was in a lot of pain and waited more than one hour in the waiting room, once in waited another 45 minutos, they did a covid and flu test and it took forever to get the results. Finally the doctor did a quick examination and left, no more than 3 minutes. I spent 2 hours there and paid $225 dlls just for earache (I have health insurance!) When I asked the front desk lady about the long wait and excessive cost, she answered very rude. Never going back there, worst experience ever!

Dr Byron Conner was the rudest and most unprofessional health care professional I’ve ever encountered. He berated me, made me feel incompetent for coming to the ER with 2 kidney stones and spoke down to me. Pretty sad that myself as a clinician was treated this way. I felt so miserable and did not want to sit in the ER at Spohn for 8 hours with intractable pain, nausea, and vomiting so came to this ER which I thought was the whole point only to be belittled and to feel like an inconvenience. Dr refused to give medication in liquid form that is available to me due to me not being able to swallow pills. Reasons stated 1. Has to Be refrigerated. 2. It could be spelled. 3. She has six year olds that can swallow pills. 4. The pharmacy would have to compound it.. Unbelievable lack of patient care I called multiple times for a supervisor to call me back. I walked in the facility at 4:58 pm…and did not leave until 9:15 pm. I was there for a little more than 4 hours. I had to have my husband pick up my little girl because she was hungry. I was seen less than 20 mins. The physician was super nice and good but the time management needs to improve. This isn’t the first time I waited that long. My last visit before this one lasted around that long or longer as well.
