TLC has an efficient and professional staff. The wait time was minimal and the health professionals were caring and very competent. TLC is my family's go to urgent care facility.

Amazing experience ! I'm a diver from Washington and got strep throat . I arrived in town and looked for an option for a place that accepts self pay without hassles. This place was so professional so quick and so courteous I was in disbelief . 2 hours after I left my hotel I was already back here with immunizations and medicine and getting better . Today I feel one hundred percent .
I was greeted with a smile, called back before I finished paperwork, seen by nurse then Dr all within 20 minutes! Professional, patient, friendly, caring & quick!! Extremely happy!
Staff was awesome and so personable! Called and Checked in with me the next day.
I arrived around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday night. It was a quiet night at the clinic, and I did not experience a wait to be seen. The nurse who first saw me was kind and understanding and gave his full attention to my care. (I wish I could remember his name. He was a retired paramedic.) The doctor on staff who attended to my needs was also very attentive, kind and understanding. Both explained every procedure and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to ask.
