This office was wonderful and the physicians were awesome. Even got a call a few days later to check on me. Great job!!

Dr refused to give medication in liquid form that is available to me due to me not being able to swallow pills. Reasons stated 1. Has to Be refrigerated. 2. It could be spelled. 3. She has six year olds that can swallow pills. 4. The pharmacy would have to compound it.. Unbelievable lack of patient care I called multiple times for a supervisor to call me back. I was told I could go back in and pay another $150 to see another doctor.. this used to be my favorite go to for ER. I will no longer return and no longer can reco... read more

I walked in the facility at 4:58 pm…and did not leave until 9:15 pm. I was there for a little more than 4 hours. I had to have my husband pick up my little girl because she was hungry. I was seen less than 20 mins. The physician was super nice and good but the time management needs to improve. This isn’t the first time I waited that long. My last visit before this one lasted around that long or longer as well.

Horrible Wait Time

I was in and out with in an hour and a half. Two patients were ahead of me but they saw me and took x rays and finished in no time

They were out of material to do a cat scan and we’re wanting to transport me to a nearby ER. I refused the service and was still charged $70 for the visit.

On Christmas day they were able to treat me for Infection and severe pain from a tooth abscess. Not a hospital with their high charges. Better service ,professional friendly staff
