Its been a year or so that a guy came to fix my dran in the kitchen. He fooled with the dishwasher and it is ok but why? Now its my washer it is leaking water and I hope whoever comes does not do anything to make things worse. Seriously why do people do that? It is not good to mess with other things.

Business response:

I'm sorry to hear about this! We operate on a 100% Make It Right Guarantee. Our plumbing manager called and left a message with you, so if you could call him back, he would be happy to resolve this for you.

We requested service to snake out a sewer line that we do every two years because small tree roots eventually block the sewer line (this year. We waited long enough that the sewer line was blocked - approximately three years) In scheduling the service, we made it clear that we wanted the snake to go the 20 feet to the city line to make sure any root fibers were removed. When the service man came out, he ran the snake to the point of the blockage and cleared the blockage, but then failed to continue to the ********* line and ... read more

We had to have a water placed replaced. I signed the estimate on June 12th. Eight days later , I emailed my contact to see if anything had been scheduled because I had not heard anything. She responded that it was scheduled for July 5th. That was the first problem. No one had contacted me to inform me, and if I had not reached out I would not have had any idea. The work was completed on July 5th, but the hole was not filled in and the street was still closed to thru traffic. Two days later I called TLC to see why the hole wa... read more

Business response:

Dear ****,I am so sorry for our failure to communicate! This would absolutely frustrate me too. Thank you for sharing this with us so that we can work with our coordinator to correct this issue and make sure it doesn't happen to anyone again. We appreciate you taking the time to not just share your feedback in writing but to also visit with our manager on the phone. This helps us grow and improve our processes. If you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.Sincerely,***********************

TLC came out to install my new water heater. After they left, the expansion tank had a small leak and the earthquake strap was fastened through the drywall leaving it hanging by the screw. They didn't even schedule a city inspector to come out and review the work.I had to call another company to reinstall the water heater and it cost more to fix what TLC didn't do correctly.

I am a property owner and had an issue with the water heater at one of my properties. Unfortunately, the tenants called to get it repaired before they contacted me. The company they called was TLC Plumbing, TLC plumbing quoted and charged them $3,200 to replace a 30-gallon gas water heater on 10/23/22. The heater is located in the garage and is easily accessible for removal and replacement through the garage door. Since the tenants agreed to the extremely overpriced replacement, there is little recourse I have other than to ... read more

We would like to take some time to THANK both TLC and two of their technicians *********************** and ******************************* for the outstanding level of professionalism that was displayed while we had a new heat pump installed. Even after the long commute, they showed up on time, friendly and ready to work. Throughout the multiple service calls they had to make, they were very courteous and provided AWESOME service, they willing to listen and ensured we understood how our new unit worked. If we could we would ... read more

Interesting every single post is positive. I had a terrible experience with TLC so we'll see if this gets posted. Long story short, what my husband ended up fixing for $400 they wanted to charge $4000 to dig all the way to the street. They had already marked the ground and pavement BEFORE they even started digging! They were dishonest with us about the extent of our plumbing problem ( we got a 2nd opinion from Roto Rooter) and then didn't even bother to send a person to do an actual estimate...no phone call, no communication... read more
