It has been a little more than a week that our new home softwater system was installed by Rob D @ TLC. What a huge difference and wonderful experience this has been in all our homes water outlets. (showers,washing machine,sinks) We plan on contacting TLC for any future home improvement needs! Thank you for your professionalism and customer service!

I had a toilet gasket replaced today. The plumber who came out didn't have the "extra deep" gasket that would fit my toilet. I had to pay for the hour it took him to go find one. TLC should have these stocked on their trucks. I ended up paying $177.00 dollars for something that should have been a lot cheaper.
