Eric B**** was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He even answered questions unrelated to the service call concerning my sprinkler system. I will definitely call TLC again for any plumbing and heating needs.

Terrence has been here whenever we need him. He is very professional as he goes about his work and doesn't mind us hanging around watching him, asking questions. Of course he answers them all. He is always dressed clean. He's a super guy that treats us like we are part of his family.

My husband called TLC to have them do a furnace check before the weather required its use. TLC service man Travis M***** came to answer our request. Travis is an outstanding workman and a credit to TLC. He was informative, efficient and pleasant and finished his work in a timely manner.

This company quoted us $8,000 for a water softener with installation. During the install, the technician carelessly and negligently cut blindly through our ductwork and cut a copper line. They yelled at us to evacuate as they thought they hit a gas line. We evacuated with our toddler and 3 dogs, but were unable to get our cat in time. It was terrifying. Would rate at a ZERO if that were available! Nothing personal with the people I have been dealing with, I realize they are only doing their jobs. However, I was charged (without authorization) for a $2600+ job I "arranged" on behalf of one of my clients. No one called me to let me know they had not been able to get ahold of my client, they simply just used my credit card. In 2024 I had *** install a tankless water system/boiler, move washer dryer hookup- to the tune of 20k. When we had first big snowstorm in the fall-heat didnt work. Was told wait ***** hrs for a new system to kick in. Temps below freezing-as was I, thank goodness I had mobile radiant heaters. They sent one guy out from ******* who said everythings fine.
