I am always so grateful when Pardella answers the phone. She Is always so professional. I recently had an issue that that was addressed and fixed immediately. I know that Pardella went out of her way in a Friday afternoon to help me. She completely saved me... I believe she cares about what she’s doing and it’s not just a job for her. Always appreciate her kindness.

I really appreciate how responsive the maintence and service department has always been every time I need maintenance, especially Doreen T****** I also appreciate that they contract with subcontractors who do quality work.

This group manages the HOA where we have our house - and we needed to go thru them to get our paint colors approved. We knew all this going in, when we bought the house - and sure enough, the neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. (****** ****** *******). So back to the approval - very easy. Great communication w/ the HOA rep, clear instructions about how to submit our color request, and an approval in 48 hours. I was in the process of selling my home, which was part of an HOA, The Management Group, Inc. Marina S. was the employee at The Management Group who I worked with. She was very responsive. If I had a question she did not know the answer to, Marina would research the issue and respond within 24 hours. I highly recommend working with The Management Group.

Leo came over today to fix our fence in our backyard. He did a great job and got it done in a timely fashion and also said he had passed on another concern we had to the property manager.
