Product leaked toner all over the inside of my printer ... Product leaked toner all over the inside of my printer and smudges all on my printouts. Tried to get a replacement, but there is only a refund option and the product must be returned. Way to much hassle considering the mess I need to clean up inside my printer. No option to contact seller either.
Only printed 100 pages before empty! Bought 6 weeks ago and claimed that was good for 4,000 pages. Have only printed about 100 pages before that printer reported “toner low”. Have done everything to correct issue including restarting, resetting, etc, but must have been sold a nearly empty cartridge to begin with. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Cartridge did not last 2 months. I ordered this toner cartridge in early September, and it did not last through October. Very disappointed. I hope there is some recourse.

One Star This does not fix the Brother HL-L8360CDW series printer I am screwed.
Ordered cartridge Sept 2016 and kept as a spare in ... Ordered cartridge Sept 2016 and kept as a spare in the office sealed in box. Opened box and installed toner cartridge August 8, 2017. It worked for one week printing about 30 sheets and quit. Will buy from office depot from now on as return for defects is easier.
Leaky cartridge twice in a row! The last two cartridges I have purchased have leaked. Very disappointed!
Brother name-brand supplies perform My business cannot afford knock-offs that damage my printers. To help a "friend" who sells third-party toner and supplies, I bought a cartridge that leaked into my personal desktop printer (a different printer than for which this was purchased), making a mess of things. Maybe others shun name-brand due to cost, I won't.
