Deceptive Practice I did not receive the toner as shown in the picture here . . . not the one by Brother, but rather a "knockoff." I feel that this is deception, even if the product turns out to be satisfactory.

Very bad quality Very bad quality!!! stay away. Ink is all over my printer. Bought it a month ago since my old cartridge was running low. I just replaced it with new cartridge and its so bad and no option to return it.

Three Stars Works well but more expensive than it has to be.
Horrifically expensive compared to other options but cheaper brands ones may not work If you have a Brother printer or copier you will get the best performance from Brother supplies. I hate that that is the case because they charge up to four times more for supplies. But I have tried cheaper supplies and they don't work or cause equipment failures. So, despite the horrible pricing, I'm sticking with these.

Not good for business paperwork Its ok for the price, but for the first 100 copies, it prints shadows on the pages. Not good for business paperwork. After the 100 pages it seems fine.
