Due to the Christmas holidays, we were on a tight timeframe to initiate and complete the loan process before the end of the year. During our initial discussions with Todd, we explained the need to close before the holidays and Todd said that we would be able to close within 4 weeks. Seriously cannot recommend Todd, Michelle, Sherry and the team at MIG Memphis enough. We’d used them for our first house and didn’t know how good we had it. For the purchase of our second home, we got a quote from them and another local lender; since the quotes were comparable, we went with the other lender because we had a personal relationship with that loan officer. Todd was recommended to me by my realtor. I was in a very odd position and right on the cusp of qualification. Todd explained exactly what I needed to do and then stuck with me when we had a 9 week delay due to a Dept. of Education screw up. Todd made sure that I knew exactly what I needed to do to be a more desirable buyer and never lost faith that it was going to work out.
