Todd and his team made our experience as first-time home buyers better than we ever expected! The process was easy to follow, any questions we had were answered quickly, and he was just great to work with. Almost all of our paperwork was electronic, which was helpful for 2 busy schedules. We had a tight deadline to close (less than 30 days), and they made it happen. I would absolutely recommend Todd for your home purchase!
Todd Brown and his team were friendly and helpful during the waiting period before closing date. They kept me informed during the different steps of the approval and verifying process. The thing I liked best about Todd was how very quick he was able to give me pre-approved - because I had just found what I hoped would be my future home.
Todd was very professional and made the process very easy to navigate for a first time home buyer. He and his team were very knowledgeable and were exceptional at communicating the process to us.

Todd Brown and his team were recommended by a former MIG loan officer we used. They aren’t the best company I’ve dealt with. They are sincere and nice in the beginning until the get what they need, then they ignore you until the day before you’re scheduled to close on your house and begin requesting documents that should have been taken care of a month prior.
