Todd passed us to his associate at Mortgage Investors of America and he is terrible. Doesn't return calls and doesn't call when he says he will. Told me to spend $1000 paying off old debts when I didn't need to, and then never called for weeks. On Friday of last week, I closed on a 160k house with another lenders
