I recently purchased a new home after having lived in my current home for over 20 years. Financing a home, I knew, could be a harrowing experience. However, my financial advisor recommended Todd Brown and I was very pleased that I followed his advice. Todd and his assistant, Michelle, were very efficient, attentive, and pleasant. The process was very straight forward and accomplished efficiently. I appreciate their ability to make it an agreeable experience. I highly recommend Todd.

Just did a second refinance with Todd and just like the 1st time, I could not be more pleased with the experience. Originally I worked with local banks on both refinancing projects, and basically wasted my time with poor service and communication. Once I made contacted with Todd the process could not have been smoother. MIG is a true mortgage service, not a bank and I highly recommend.

We reached out to Todd and his group two weeks before the official pandemic hit not knowing what was to soon come. From the beginning the process was seamless. I have been through a number or both residential purchase and refinance transactions through the years and I can say, without a doubt, that my experience with Todd and his team was exceptional.
