I work a lot so my time is very limited to deal with much outside of my job. This was also my first time buying a home so I was quite intimidated. I finally found a house that was for sale by owner and thought I may be in over my head. Mr. Brassfield told me not to worry about a thing he would guide me through the process. I called and bugged him about everything. I thought he would just start ignoring my calls after awhile but he didn't. My first buy was a great experience thanks to Tom.

From my initial inquiry on Zillow for pre-approval through the date of closing they were there answering all of my questions and walking me through the complex mortgage loan process.
