This is the third home I have bought a home with Tom and he has been exceptional as always. He is on top of things and does great job at facilitating the home-buying process. I have worked with different realtors and they have all said he does an excellent job. If you want an easy home buying process with expertise Tom is your guy.

Tom was quick to respond to our questions and made himself available when we needed a quick reponse. I would highly recommend him! He was even a resource for good home insurance providers which made buying a home as easy as possible.
Tom was a pleasure to work with. His calm demeanor was never pushy or salesman-like. He took a stressful and complicated process like getting a home loan and stepped us through it with ease. When the seller failed to meet their deadlines for closing, Tom was proactive to ensure that the sale transpired while meeting all of our closing agreements and without any extra costs out of our pocket. BNC Bank does not charge lenders fees on VA Loans and we received several thousand back at closing.
Due to major building delays this process took almost 11 months. Tom was right there with me through the entire process. He went above and beyond keeping up with title changes and city updates. Without his diligence I would still be waiting. Thank you Tom.

Tom was such a great lender. He is very personable and he tried to think about everything for us. He'll have every question of yours answered. Knowledgeable and personable. We worked with him in a different cities (We live in city A, he lives in city B and the house we are buying is in city C). We mostly communicated through phone calls and emails. The distance didn't cause any issues at all.

Tim and I were very weary of who to go through and Tom made us feel at ease w the entire process. He explained it all in a very understandable way. Whenever we had questions he had answers. He especially works w VA. We loved that when we had questions he didn't hesitate to answer and made the process way easier than I thought. We talked about locking in your interest rate at the time of your acceptance of your purchase contract and it was the same interest rate all the way to closing.
