Tom and his team bend over backwards to accommodate his clients needs. Makes it very easy during the entire process. I’ve been a loyal repeat customer of Tom’s for many years and have one of my kids work with him on her purchase. If i need to refi my existing mortgage in the future, Tom will be the first call I make. I will also suggest Tom to others.

Working with Tom and his team was a great and smooth experience. I have done 3 refinances already with him and I have zero complaints. Well maybe one, I wished for a lower rate, but I got my refinance done as zero cost out of pocket so can't really complain, I know they have to make money somewhere. :) I would Highly recommend Guaranteed Rate Inc. & Tom's Team! Everything can be managed virtually in securing a new mortgage; even closed on the mortgage virtually on one occasion. We have used Tom to refinance at least 6 times.
