as a first time homebuyer Tom explained the steps to getting financed and made himself available every step of the way. Any questions I had regarding paper work and forms I had to sign and submit he reviewed and explained each one to me. I would definitely go with Tom again for future home purchases.

Tom handled my residential loan in a very timely and professional manner. The process took awhile, but I always felt Tom was on top of the whole loan process from start to finish. His fees were very reasonable and the rate he got me was very competitive. I will be using Tom for future purchases and refinances.

I cannot say enough good things about Tom and his team. I was a first time home buyer and Tom was so nice and professional and really made the entire experience so easy. He and his team answered all of my questions promptly as well (which I had a lot) and gave me a great rate!
