The team helped throughout the process and kept us informed about the progress. We were able to take advantage of the lowest rates available. The process took little longer but was worth patience.
Tom was about as hands-on and responsive as could be imagined. Refinancing involves the gathering of a lot of financial data, but under Tom's guidance, the process went very smoothly and methodically (and was pretty easy, overall), and Tom was always there to answer questions. He would check in regularly to make sure that all was going well. I even teased him about a very late-night e-mail, asking him if he ever slept, and he responded "never!" Judging from the excellent service he provided, this may be true.
