Tom Lavallee and his team are top notch! Excellent communicators, helpful during the process, and on-time service. They are there whenever I have questions and are very knowledgeable. We have used Tom for a few refinances and a couple of mortgages. He has always been great to work with!

Tom and his team did an incredible job getting my loan completed in record time to close quickly on my new home! Tom personally answered some of my more specific questions and checked in regularly to make sure I had everything I needed. Their flash close let us read through closing documents ahead of our closing and electronically sign everything before the actual closing. They did a great job coordinating with our agent and the title company and we closed on the house without any trouble! Thank you guys for everything!
