I first worked with Tom Lavallee about 30 years ago, as I needed a mortgage. Several re-finances later also were processed through Tom. Now in 2023 I again needed a mortgage. I used Tom to purchase my vacation home in New Mexico. Cannot say enough good things about how good of a job his team does.
