I have used this lender in the past for several other home purchases in Illinois. When it came time for me to purchase a home in South Carolina I immediately thought of Tom Lavallee and his team. They are very easy to work with. They explain everything in detail and work diligently to make the process as smooth as possible. Tom Lavallee was very thorough and gave us ideas as to how to move forward with our refinance and purchase of another place. The staff he has are extremely kind and helpful. Tom kept me in the loop on everything. If you’re looking for perfection and ease of loan, then please use them. Cannot say enough.
