From the very beginning, the whole process was amazing! Everything was transparent. Next steps clearly defined. I have used Tom on a few different refinance issues with my primary home. He and is his team are extremely responsive and helpful. I was under a tight time table and Tom helped me get a HELOC within a few weeks. He answered the phone personally at 10 PM on a Saturday to help me fix an issue. Very knowledgeable.
