Tom Lusk was very responsive and answered questions very quickly. It seems the office got very busy close to our settlement and it created some challenges and getting some of our answers. Also I’m wondering if the rate ended up dropping right before our closing and we may have been able to get our rate adjusted but we haven’t heard from the office. Overall everything went smoothly
