The sales and service team at TWPS is outstanding. I was in the market for driving lights to add to my new BMW R-18 B . They took the time to go over the options that would fit my needs . We looked at a great selection of lights from Denali Electronics. Adrian took the time to contact them directly to make sure everything I was looking for would interface with my motorcycle computer, and electrical system. My F800GT needed several repairs as well as regular maintenance. I missed my scheduled appointment due to a transport issue, but Rob in service worked my bike back into the schedule quickly once it was there. He communicated with me regularly as the work progressed and finished. Overall it was a smooth and easy experience. I would definitely visit again and recommend the dealership.

After my motorcycle accident, the team at TWPS helped me get estimates, and an insurance adjuster to assess my bike. It was a total loss . Then the sales team showed me BMW R-18, K-1600 , R-12 that were in stock. They had a new ,old stock R-18B with the exact features as the one I had . It also had an upgraded paint option setting it apart from the rest . They graciously accepted a down payment and held the bike until my insurance company issued the loss check . I was recently involved in an accident on my motorcycle. The Team at TWPS acted quickly to get an estimate to my insurance company. They also helped coordinate getting the adjuster to their shop for his assessment . The bike has been deemed a total loss . I am now working with the sales team on a replacement machine . They found a new old stock motorcycle from the manufacturer, same model , same features, with an upgraded paint scheme.
