I was recently involved in an accident on my motorcycle. The Team at TWPS acted quickly to get an estimate to my insurance company. They also helped coordinate getting the adjuster to their shop for his assessment . The bike has been deemed a total loss . I am now working with the sales team on a replacement machine . They found a new old stock motorcycle from the manufacturer, same model , same features, with an upgraded paint scheme. From the initial order of a new BMW R12, all the way to delivery, Nick kept me updated with build status, estimated delivery date, and even took pictures with the bike coming out of the crate! Nick is an exceptional salesperson and very knowledgeable. Even though I took delivery on a very busy Saturday, Nick and his team made sure the BMW R12 was prepped properly for delivery, and all features were properly explained. I would recommend anyone looking for a new BMW to stop by and talk to Nick.
