For routine maintenance such as I had , 3.25 hours for a 24K service , it used to be for me in my experience that when service is scheduled it's completed the day it's scheduled rather than leaving the bike on the day scheduled for the work but it being a week in the shop before the work was completed Todd and I did discuss this and I appreciate his willingness to listen to my questions and comments I really do appreciate having a local shop and I do purchase gear and accessories here Chris has been great to work with as... read more

This is an amazing shop! Great staff and great service, especially Adam and Todd. They were able to get my bike in for service as a fill-in and the work was completed sooner than anticipated. I will definitely be back next year for my annual service.

Dropped my bike off for a mileage service and CEL diagnostic, shop was busy it took about two weeks to get to my bike then a few days to finish it…. Which was expected I knew they were busy so no problems there… the only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the CEL was never addressed to be fixed, they diagnosed it found the problem but never contacted me to get it fixed, they call me saying the bike is done, i pick it up and see that the bike still has the CEL on. i ended up taking the bike home after 3 weeks of not hav... read more
