Always an enjoyable experience. They take the time to do it right the first time. From parts to sales and service to the technicians, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. It's why i keep going back.
I am happy with the result. I appreciate the effort put into making by motorcycle run it's best. I feel that the service team was sincere in their intentions to do a good job. It just took a long time. I understand there were circumstances beyond control, but four months was almost the entire summer. I am happy to have it back and firing like a champ. I just felt a little back-burner and that communication about progress was driven by my inquiries. The score is weighted by the duration it took.
I urgently needed a rear tire replaced on my F800 GT. Christopher quickly walked a new Road 6 tire over to Service and Todd’s team quickly fit me in, allowing me to continue my ride. Thanks men, I’ll be back!

TWPS Service department did a great job installing new tires on my motorcycle.
