I still don't know when my parts are coming and the communication from this company has been horrible. The person I spoke with said 5 to 7 business days and so did the website and now I'm being told nobody knows when the parts will show up. I understand that we are living during different times now but the customer should know if the parts are gonna be on back order or they're gonna have to wait for an extended period of time in order to receive them before paying for them!!!!!!
Corvette mods sold me some headlights for my 2001 corvette. When I ordered them I asked the sales person how to install them, I said do they just slip in. He said they were easy to install with directions. Well that didn't work. There was no way they would fit. I then found that there was no power to supply the high beams. Corvette Mods is a complete fraud. They shipped me the wrong part, (Supposed to be made in USA, but was made in China and didn't fit my car), charged me a whopping $44.98 in shipping, was rude during the return process, made me pay $34.95 for return shipping, and then they charged me a restocking fee! So it cost me $94.93 (shipping, return shipping and restocking fee) because Corvette Mods shipped the wrong item. Why is this my expense? They took a month before anything was shipped. They probably forget sometimes that customers have ordered and delivered parts.. and they need to do something. They shipped the wrong boxes.. wrong products and wont admit it. Will not send the missing parts? So if you are actually paid for 6 items. You only receive 4 of them. They will not send the remaining parts.. from reason i just do not understand. Rather than send the remaining parts they want the parts back and them "might" refund you. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!
I bought badges for my husbands car in May. It is now October and the red on the badges turned PINK. I called to see if there was something they could do. They said they couldn’t help but that it was over the time limit to return or refund which I understand. The man then told me if I want to fix the problem I need to order new one$100+. Cancelled my order due to processing time taking too long. After 5 days order had still not shipped yet they charged my credit card.
I ordered custom painted emblems for my 2017 Corvette Stingray. Having googled and researched, I realized there was a huge discrepancy in prices. I wanted the best for my car and paid over $400 from Corvette Mods thinking I was getting the best. All they did was take PLASTIC emblems and spray paint them black. In fact one of the Stingray side emblems was still attached to the paper backing. I've had them for about a week and the paint is flaking off in some areas. DO NOT BUY EMBLEMS FROM HERE!
well ive emailed and called they deny obvious misleading adds sying its a promo showing pairs for a great price in multiple spots tom foolery playing games with our hard earned money they don't seem to care 1 item rings up double in the cart very bad site or management zero accountability I'm reporting them to BBB and consumer affairs there up to something even if I use there methods there prices are WAY higher than anyone else in our corvette world so I'm convinced this is intentional to defraud overcharge and rip us off un... read more
I give NEGATIVE 5 stars but this place doesn't allow it. Horrible customer service when I called for a shipping update. !st I was questioned If I was even sure I ordered from their business??? I am a woman and I felt I was spoken down to. I hung up, called back, and then told it takes 10-14 days for processing and delivery!!
