I give NEGATIVE 5 stars but this place doesn't allow it. Horrible customer service when I called for a shipping update. !st I was questioned If I was even sure I ordered from their business??? I am a woman and I felt I was spoken down to. I hung up, called back, and then told it takes 10-14 days for processing and delivery!! I bought a car cover from Corvette Mods. The description for the car cover said it would fit a 2019 C7 Grand Sport Coupe. I get the cover and it is too small. After filling out the request refund form, I received approval for a refund and I was given an address to ship to. No paid return shipping? After about a week I received my refund. Wow, slowest shipping I have ever experienced and literally every item I ordered was wrong. Their site is super hard to pick the correct options and they will literally change a listing after they send you the wrong product. their customer service and return policies are terrible, I order a lot of stuff online and I am super disappointed with this company.
Return and refund practices are fraudulent. Filed a complaint with the BBB, and this business wouldn't even respond to the BBB. Read the 1 star reviews....there is a common theme here!!
Replacement tinted door glass did not fit properly into the targa top window seal when the door was closed as the new glass had and incorrect curvature. It took a month to receive the glass, then another month to coordinate a return. Even worse, I was charged a restock fee and shipping adjustment for a defective product!! Horrible customer service, cheap products made in China, poor fit and immediate failure, stay away from this company at all costs. Zero stars actual rating, had to pick 1 star by force. Absolute waste of time and money.
