Horrible! To sum up my experience with this company. I only gave it one star because I couldn't give it zero. First of all, transparency of availability when ordering a product; quick to take your money but no notification of items on backorder unless you call and ask where your shipment is. Second, horrible people skills during a phone call while trying to get answers as to when I might receive the order. Worst customer service ever!!.. Scam alert!!... Had a brand new discover card and only made 1 purchase on it from this place and come to find out they didnt even have my part in stock, went on for 3 months so asked for a refund and got half my money back and all of the sudden i had 10+ charges to my new card ( all from Texas) for random things!!!.. Dont buy anything from this place unless you have money to give away from there fraudulent schemes!!..

I purchased a mild to wild exhaust controller from Corvette Mods. The instructions are incomplete and typical of Chinese products. I called and asked for technical support and was told they do not offer technical support. I have sent several emails requesting a return and i am being ignored. Last order I will ever place with Corvette Mods.
As a vendor & supplier to Corvette Mods I want to let everyone "Who you are dealing with" this company is notorious for making purchases to vendors with their American Express Card and then disputing them even if they were shipped! Now, for most of us this is a fraudulent practice, for Corvette Mod's its just another day at the office. So, When buying Corvette parts choose another company! Because you could be next!!!
Merch is junk ! Cheapest materials they could find to make parts out of ! will never buy from them again and neither will anyone in my club !

How in the world is this place still open. 1 star is to much. Sales is trash Customer service is trash, its 2021 and Corvette Mods is still trying the ol' bait and switch. They offered a discounted part, then emailed me it would take a month to deliver, but if I paid the amount of the discount, they could ship it sooner. I said no, I'm not willing to wait a month. Do not purchase anything from Corvette Mods, they are a company and management that lacks integrity. They will not tell there customers when they place an order they probably wont get it because they refuse to confront the manufacture that makes a plethora of products for them. It took 6 months to receive an email that I would need to cancel my order and they did nothing to satisfy me as the customer except cancel the order.
