Watch what you get. Ordered a spoiler and it came with a paint defect dirt in the paint on the corner and starting to crack. They told me it was something I did. No help from them. Ask for paint code so I can fix it. No answer. I will never order from them again
Made 2 orders on Nov. 9, 2020, was told one order would be shipped today Nov. 30th but instead got an email saying it would be 3 more weeks. The other order isn't suppose to ship until Jan. First time ordering from this site so didn't know what to expect but didn't expect this. My midpipe and headers I ordered from lethal performance were here within a week.
0/5. Returns department is completely useless, only available over email and takes zero blame for falsely advertised parts. If you are buying anything through this company pray that it works perfectly because you will be have to write off what you paid as a loss if it doesn’t.
If I could give it a 0 I would. Worst customer experience ever. I hope anyone purchasing something from this company has no problems with what was ordered because the returns department is terrible, only contact is email and they refuse to pay for return shipping on a part falsely advertised to work for the specified vehicle even when met with pictures proving it does not. 0/5.
You may get lucky with a part or two I was pleased with a few other products that I purchase through Corvette mods. But never purchase anything that cost a lot of money or that you have to install before you find out that it's broke they will not refund or work with you in any way I am out over $1,200 in buying a new part and labor on install and now taking it out and having re-install so no never by anything from this company it's sad that they won't stand by their product
Don't trust them! Customer service is horrrible. Ordered a part from them didn't come with directions. Even their website says comes with detailed instructions. Instructions didn't come in the box. Contacted customer service and they said they couldn't help me and couldn't send me directions. Worthless customer service and now have a part I paid for with no directions!
Our shop recently bought a wiper motor for an 84 corvette from Corvette Mods. We went with this company because we could not find the correct one locally. In the picture on their website it shows it being a complete unit with contacts. The unit we got had NO contacts. After confirming with THEIR service department that the part we received was missing the contacts they told us to go through the process of returning it. Which mind you is not a simple task either. What a joke of a company! You buy a product light expensive LED lights and if they don’t show up in your car (like the red don’t) too bad. No returns. There’s nothing wrong with them. They just don’t work for my car and my sight. But too bad. No returns. They’re a joke when it comes to customer service. Buyer beware. Read the fine print or you could easily be out hundreds of dollars. Shop elsewhere!!!!!!
