why do you show eight one star reviews when you really have hundreds??? and a score of 4.8 when that is not true? please explain
Ordered a stainless steel belt tensioner cover that arrived looking nothing like the picture on their website. You cannot talk to the "Returns Dept" you have to send emails. After 3 attempts, they finally realized this was their fault and gave me a return number. To add insult to injury, they refused to pay for return shipping. We'll see how fast I get my money back. I don’t understand this, they sent the wrong parts. Not only were they the wrong parts but they were broke & won’t refund me my money or send the correct parts. - Horrible customer service. I’d spend my money else where. Very disappointed.
Love the fake comments anyways your customer service is trash and no refund on the “HID’S” got em and those didn’t even work this is fraud people trying to make good content ruined because of your weak broken lights.
Watch what you get. Ordered a spoiler and it came with a paint defect dirt in the paint on the corner and starting to crack. They told me it was something I did. No help from them. Ask for paint code so I can fix it. No answer. I will never order from them again
Made 2 orders on Nov. 9, 2020, was told one order would be shipped today Nov. 30th but instead got an email saying it would be 3 more weeks. The other order isn't suppose to ship until Jan. First time ordering from this site so didn't know what to expect but didn't expect this. My midpipe and headers I ordered from lethal performance were here within a week.
0/5. Returns department is completely useless, only available over email and takes zero blame for falsely advertised parts. If you are buying anything through this company pray that it works perfectly because you will be have to write off what you paid as a loss if it doesn’t.
If I could give it a 0 I would. Worst customer experience ever. I hope anyone purchasing something from this company has no problems with what was ordered because the returns department is terrible, only contact is email and they refuse to pay for return shipping on a part falsely advertised to work for the specified vehicle even when met with pictures proving it does not. 0/5.
You may get lucky with a part or two I was pleased with a few other products that I purchase through Corvette mods. But never purchase anything that cost a lot of money or that you have to install before you find out that it's broke they will not refund or work with you in any way I am out over $1,200 in buying a new part and labor on install and now taking it out and having re-install so no never by anything from this company it's sad that they won't stand by their product
