Buyer Beware: I have ordered several painted parts from Corvette Mods in 2019. I received my first part which was a Plenum Cover for my 2019 GS Corvette, when I received it, it had runs, fish eyes an bubbles in the paint. The next day I called Customer Service and spoke with Amoni (not quite sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) he gave me 2 options, 1 was to wait to receive a return shipping label, which could take up to 4 days, or I could ship it back myself and after shipping it, send them a copy of my receipt... read more
Very dissatisfied, did not receive full items included in what I ordered... No effort made to correct situation... Repeat customer but will not be ordering again ....

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. WE ASKED FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND IT STILL TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET IT. WE ASKED FOR TRACKING INFORMATION AND BEFORE AN RESPONSE WAS SENT WE HAD THE PARTS AND INSTALLED. WE THEN HAD THE PART FAIL AND CAN NOT GET ANY ANSWERS ABOUT RETURNING IT. NOW WE HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER AND IT HAS COST US ALMOST $500.00 IN TOWING AND REPAIR BILLS FROM ANOTHER SHOP HAVING TO REPLACE IT.
Terrible service!!!! I ordered a jacket one month ago. After 3 weeks I called to get an estimate of when I would receive the jacket. After 24 hours I received an email saying it was going to be shipped by the end of the week, that was on a Wednesday. Saturday I received no notification of the jacket being shipped so I followed up again with an email. On Monday I received a response saying my order was on back order!!! This is incredibly unacceptable!! I was lied to and mislead, now I have no gift for my father on Christmas!

They send you what they call "custom painted parts" got them within a week. One winglet was chipped and the other winglet had heavy grit immeded in the paint. The stage 3 wickerbill came all scratched.*** someone else returned these and they tried to stick me with them. Then they charge me a 15% return fee to send their crap back. Don't purchase anything from them, you've been warned!
Ordered brake covers. They shipped pad covers and the wrong color. I returned it unopened and they charged me 18.00 restock fee!!!! I have bought my last product from this company!!! Very dissatisfied
