Worst business of the year award should go to Corvette Mods. I ordered the correct part, was shipped the incorrect part, company refused to replace with the correct part or give a refund, even after they agreed they were wrong, recommend Ecklers.
I ordered a Targa top for my C6, total was $1600. Before I ordered I called multiple times and noted on my order to not ship it without signature and confirmation upon delivery from me, and to specifically not leave the package as there has been a rash of porch pirates in my neighborhood. I was reassured that my top would not be left and would require signature from me to be delivered. Wish I saw these reviews before I put in my order. Company is a joke received my special order items before items coming from them that were in stock. End up getting the order wrong. That was a month ago. Was told a return label would be sent to return wrong item and it has been 16 day and I still have yet to receive said label. Customer service is terrible no one cares about you or your order or what you have spent, because they have your money already..Also ordered a steering wheel decal that was advertised to fit a spo... read more
