Worst business of the year award should go to Corvette Mods. I ordered the correct part, was shipped the incorrect part, company refused to replace with the correct part or give a refund, even after they agreed they were wrong, recommend Ecklers.

I ordered a Targa top for my C6, total was $1600. Before I ordered I called multiple times and noted on my order to not ship it without signature and confirmation upon delivery from me, and to specifically not leave the package as there has been a rash of porch pirates in my neighborhood. I was reassured that my top would not be left and would require signature from me to be delivered. Wish I saw these reviews before I put in my order. Company is a joke received my special order items before items coming from them that were in stock. End up getting the order wrong. That was a month ago. Was told a return label would be sent to return wrong item and it has been 16 day and I still have yet to receive said label. Customer service is terrible no one cares about you or your order or what you have spent, because they have your money already..Also ordered a steering wheel decal that was advertised to fit a spo... read more

Company is a joke received my special order items before items coming from them that ere in stock. End up getting the order wrong. That was a month ago. Was told a return label would be sent to return wrong item and it has been 16 day and I still have yet to receive said label. This company stole my money will not return emails block my phone from calling them I turned them into the BBB federal trade commission and the Texas attorney general I hope more people Neal Balog stole from turns him in a bunch of thief's work there do not buy from them

One of the worst experiences that i ever had with an online vendor!!! Purchased a part that was wrong color, took weeks to relocate and verify return!!! Had to deal with foreign help desk via email only system!! Dont let the usa based sales team fool you!! Buy somewhere else!!!!

Buyer Beware: I have ordered several painted parts from Corvette Mods in 2019. I received my first part which was a Plenum Cover for my 2019 GS Corvette, when I received it, it had runs, fish eyes an bubbles in the paint. The next day I called Customer Service and spoke with Amoni (not quite sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) he gave me 2 options, 1 was to wait to receive a return shipping label, which could take up to 4 days, or I could ship it back myself and after shipping it, send them a copy of my receipt... read more
