If you want customer service that is sub par and to wait more than 30 days for a mug and tiny stickers all while paying too much. This is the company for you. 3/29/2020
Ordered 3/11, money taken from my account 3/11. Called 3/16 to locate order and find out when delivery was. Was told it would take them a business day to email me after they created a support ticket to find out. What good is customer service if they can't even provide an answer to a very basic question while you are on the phone. Won't order from CorvettteMods again. There are too many other corvette part companies.
I recently purchased three manuals for my 73, the bound version of the 1973 Corvette Assembly Manual, Body Work and Rust Repair, and what was listed as a 1973 Corvette Assembly Manual Index. All this cost me a total of $97.26 which included $9.99 for shipping. Received order timely. Packaged poorly & parts broken in box. Also sent incorrect parts for application. Could not reach anyone with authority to discuss it. Was told by a Call center rep. that I would have to wait for an Email response at their convenience. No proper instructions. There were some in box, but did not relate at all to items received. Communication is very poor.
Purchased the CAGS eliminator fuse for my corvette. After installing and driving the car just long enough for the shift light to come on the check engine light popped up with a code for skip shift circuit low. I did not see anywhere in the product description that my check engine light would be on after this mod. Called customer service and that was a joke. Some over seas call center that has completely no idea what this site sells. They where absolutely no help at all. Will never buy another product from this place again.
Corvette Mods is a JOKE! I've been waiting 2 months on a simple order and cant get an answer from anyone as to where my order is. The web chat claims you cant request a refund until your order is received; that makes sense if you actually receive your order......................Corvette Mods is a Disgrace!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend buying anything from them. Ordered a part on Wednesday didn’t ship till Friday. Delivery date was Monday didn’t show up until Thursday
Horrible! Received defective part, they refused to refund or replace the item. Buyer beware... spend your money anywhere but here.
Ordered jacket size 3xl. It fit like an xl. Returned it and asked for a return shipping label. Theft refused saying jacket was sized correctly. Had to pay for the shipping $12 plus they had the balls to charge me a $9 restocking fee. Bye bye! Never see me again!!!!
