Ordered 3 items for my new C7. A cover, a frame plate and a battery tender. They shipped the cover in one shipment through UPS, the license plate frame on an envelope through USPS and the battery tender never came. I called to track the shipment of the tender. They responded saying that the tender was with the frame plate. How can they say that a battery tender was in a small manila envelope? I'm really frustrated. Hopefully they step up and resolve.
