This was my first and probably last time ordering from Corvette Mods. All because of my experience. My last review did not make it on here so let me try again. I am local to there store in Fort Worth. I went in and had them order what I needed for my C4. They ordered the wrong part, and the return process has taken over a month and is still not done. one of the worst companies I ever had to deal with , on January 2020 I place an order for the carbon fiber overlays with the chrome stingray emblems to go over the airbag warning label in my C7 Corvette , when I received my order the only thing that I received was just the carbon fiber sticker that goes over the seat bag warning label , they forgot to include the chrome stingray emblems to go on top of the carbon fiber , now I am having trouble with them to fulfill this order ? I have tried repeatedly to get these guys to tell me where their customer service is located, india or pakistan ? I cannot get them to tell me if the front splitter I ordered is actually mfg from carbon fiber. They tell me the part is handled in their warehouse and they do the painting in house. Carbon fiber is not just painted on, it is part of the mfg process and is hand laid. They simply dodge my questions. Dont trust your money with them you will be sorry.
Ordered 3 items for my new C7. A cover, a frame plate and a battery tender. They shipped the cover in one shipment through UPS, the license plate frame on an envelope through USPS and the battery tender never came. I called to track the shipment of the tender. They responded saying that the tender was with the frame plate. How can they say that a battery tender was in a small manila envelope? I'm really frustrated. Hopefully they step up and resolve. People do not order nothing from this place I ordered stripes and told me I would get them in 5 to 7 days never got them and whant give money back you will be sorry
