I wish I could put pictures to show proof. But be careful and make extra sure whatever parts you buy from this site fit perfectly and test before installing if impossible. Anything installed is unrefundable. They do have cool stuff on their site but Damm I don't know it's just unfortunate customer service I wanted to buy more off of this site also but I'll probably go somewhere else now
Misleading advertising. Retail prices for my c5 rebuilt rack was $569.00 after core charge refund. After $150 to ship back I received no credit. In addition, My remanufactured rack was received in a damaged box with fluid all over the place.
Dude, it’s been 3 weeks, and I still have not received a RETURN LABEL! I’m pretty upset. Not only did the expensive kit that I bought not fit my car, but it’s been 3 weeks, 5 phone calls, several emails, and I still have not received the return label or the refund that I requested weeks ago. The kit also arrived late. I’ve been more than nice and patient regarding the situation, but I haven’t been able to do any of the things with my car that I have wanted to due to this
Ordered a set of new C6 headlight lenses from these jokers. They sent 2 right side lenses. Needed pics in order to send return authorization. When the left side finally arrived it was tinted and did not match the right. I had to pay shipping to return their screw up, and my car was down for about a month. Never again would I purchase anything from this company.
I ordered a turn signal cancel from Top Flight for my 1956 Corvette. They didn't state what the shipping charge would be until after the order was placed. The part came in a small box that was sent by UPS ground and weighed less than a pound. They charged me $25.50 for shipping and handling from Pennsylvania to Oregon. It should have been no more than $5.00 or $6.00. So long Top Flight, you won't be hearing from me again. Ed
Failure by the seller to respond to email and direct via the website, have reported to paypal for a full refund.
Ordered leather seat covers for Corvette. Website stated " Made at our Pennsylvania factory in 2 to 5 days.". Order was confirmed and then received a follow up email that stated it would be 3-4 weeks to complete order. Disgusting bait and switch on stock availability. Look elsewhere.

John, I assure you that we do not ever "bait and switch". Unfortunately, some raw materials are still difficult to get in and without them, we can't make your seat covers. I apologize for the initial estimate and hope that you received the revised estimate in a timely manner. When your seat covers arrive, you will love them!

John, You were refunded on 7/20/23 (confirmation paperwork for this can be provided again). It is our policy to confirm cancellations with the customer directly so that the customer has all of the information-for instance that the one side was IN STOCK and could have shipped right away.
2 days to get a tracking number which wasn't part will be delivered in 2 months extremely rude when i canceled had to call twice to get email on cancelation lots of folks sell the parts moving on
