Well after order placed in June 2022, it's now October 2022 and finally got my order cancelled; guess what? they kept $248.19 without an explanation. No one answers my calls anymore.
I order a custom painted parts for my C7. The parts developed blisters and paint peeling. After sending order information and pictures, they stated that “I should have paid for the extended warranty and their is nothing that they can do”. Very disappointed in their idea of customer service. Just want what I paid for…
Absolute garbage service... You want to buy something? They have a rude employee there to help you... Oh but you need service on an existing order that takes 3 weeks of processing time to "process" and you can speak to a person. Email only!! And they wont respond to that either... how are these Jamokes still in business??????
I have no idea how much they paid people to write their reviews. This place is a total sham. They are disorganized and they will keep your money until you threaten to sue them. I ordered several items and never received them nor my money back. I took it as a loss and a big lesson learned. I ask you ... Do not trust these people.
haven't even got my part yet, and when I called to get a tracking number I find after 5 days after my order, it hasn't even shipped yet. funny they already have my money and I have no product. cant believe they have such a good rating.
Everything is fine until you have a problem with the order or parts. Can't get anyone on the phone. Customer Service is just not around. Will not be a repeat customer.
Ordered parts and they said it didn't go thru. Charged me anyway. Told me to contact my bank for a refund. Ordered a second time and came 3 days later than told. Have tried to call but no answer. Having a terrible time trying to return them. Not what I expected. Made in CHINA. Was not told this. Worst company to do business with. Will contact the BBB if this isn't taken care of. Terrible company. Will never do business with them again. Save your time and money.
I BOUGHT HD HEADLIGHTS AUG 14 2022 I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A BULB REPLACEMENT BUT NO LUCK THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU HAVE TO DO EVERTHING ON LINE GOT ONE RESOPNSE FROM THEM BEFORE YOU BUY CHECK YHEM OUT THEY SUCK THATS WHY CORVETTE FOURM PULLED THEM OFF THERE WEB SITE
My wife ordered the v-style spoiler a month ago. We still haven't received this product or has anyone called us back. They won't return our money or give us a discount. The response we get is a email we will look into it. It's a crying shame that a Texas base business conducts business like this.
