Not happy with the two different parts I have ordered from them. Both were very sub-par quality. One was an emblem set I ordered that had poor adhesive to the actual plastic emblem and the emblem flew off while driving, leaving behind its adhesive layer. Secondly, purchased a plastic sunshade that was meant to adhere to the roof of my corvette to help dissipate heat. Please surf the internet and look at their terrible ratings. Most of them are well below 2 and 3 starts. They have an F rating with the BBB and all of their issues is customer service. If you purchase something from them and it is defective, then they will return it but will charge you a service fee. Covette Mods will do anything to cheat their customers. If you purchase something from them, then you better pray it is exactly what you want and is not defective. It is comes to you broken, then they will charge you a restocking fee.
This company sucks! They will not honor their return policy.
It took extremely long and communication was terrible in getting my parts. Website description was misleading it said “easy installation“ and also said “professional install” so it was very misleading. ACS Composite who is a competitor sends the same product quicker and includes templates and instructions. Corvette mods did not send any of those supporting items. I will use ACS Composite For the rest of my Corvette needs!
Worst service out of 5 different websites. Rude representatives, slow processing and zero credibility.
Buyer beware.............they do not like returns and their policies regarding same are very prove that. Read them before you buy. Frankly I would strongly recommend you buy somewhere else.
I've ordered a few items from this place, all is good until you try to cancel, it won't happen. To return the item costs a 25% restocking fee. Go elsewhere and buy the same item cheaper. Search on other review sites and you'll see these guys are crooks.
