The companies that fall under Extra Mile Brands, which include Corvette Mods (which was purchased by Top Flight Automotive) will rip you off. I've heard numerous complaints about not fulfilling orders. I purchased $1,500 worth of product in December 2022 and never received the product. Basically, they're a decent company. Parts are a little high. Customer Service is terrible. I ordered my interior from them in Bright Blue and everything matched except the parking brake console. it was a different shade of blue. I called them right away and have been trying to get them to send me a prepaid shipping label for nearly two weeks. Several calls to them. Read every review and you will notice people are only satisfied when everything is perfect with Corvette Mods. After that, read the reviews of people saying something went wrong such as the part arrived defective or did not arrive at all and you will quickly realize that Corvette Mods will NEVER return anything unless they charge you with a restocking fee and that is only if the part goes back to them in mint condition. Jeremy, thank you for your feedback. It is not possible for a retail entity to track someone's social security number down from a credit card number. If anything was reported to Experian, it would have had to come from your credit card company and/or a collection agency. Also, Corvette Mods has now been purchased by Extra Mile Brands (home of Corvette America and Top Flight Automotive amongst others) and changes are being implemented. Have a great New Year!
Never again, I will never purchase anything from CorvetteMods again. Ordered high wing for C8 and did not receive the template to install the wing. Called customer service and was instructed to leave message or email them. Called their sales department and was instructed to purchase the template from WildHammer for $35.99. Horrible experience, customer service is bad and False Advertisement. They advertised a part for my C7 and when it arrived it did not fit and the installation instructions it came with clearly stated it was for a C6. I reached out to them via phone and no response to my message I left. Then I sent an email to the sales email address with no response again. C7 Battery Tender SKU 9382 that I just received is a big let down. It did not hold the charge and it will not charge the battery as described. Can't talk to anyone on the phone about help, unless you leave a message or send an email. Cant return the product unless you send an email. I did all of these things. So very disappointed in so many ways
I just bought the C4 HID kit from CorvetteMods: https://www.corvettemods.com/C4-Corv....html?pid=7970 This has been a really BAD experience. 1. They didn't even send bi-xenon HID bulbs, they sent ordinary HALOGEN bulbs. Did they think I wouldn't know the difference? 2. There were no instructions other than the generic ballast instructions. This company is terrible and will rip you off. If you receive your parts without being defective, then you are fine. But you do not know a company until you have an issue. I always bought from this company and thought they were fine. But the one time I had an issue they refused to provide me with a refund because they do not return defective items. Their return policy does not line up with reality. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
It's been 10 days and I still haven't received the center instrument cluster circuit board.
