Theyre not truthful about timing, we were told that after paperwork was signed it would take 3 weeks, it has now been over 2 months and nothing. Also unprepared for what papers would be needed every week we have been asked to provide additional documents. They dont return phone calls when saying they would, even told that that agent called in due to vertigo. Would not recommend at all.

if i could leave a 0 i would They bounce me around from guy to guy I cannot upload anything on the app I email it and they dont update my account 2 weeks and nothing has been solved

My father and I were contacted by ************** regarding opening a home equity line of credit after submitting an application on Lending Tree online. The agreement that ***** sent to us stated it was for a refinance instead of a *****. Once I saw that, I reiterated to ***** that we wanted a *****, NOT to refinance. Top flite financial is horrible. Worst experience ever. They strung me along for 3 months for a refinance only to be denied. They have no clue how to deal with Army Reservists and Veterans. Everytime I think everything was ok, they would hit me with something else. Why do this to people? I would never recommend top flite to anyone. They even looked for things that were not on my credit report. They made me promises that they surely did not keep. They were no responsive when I reached out. I was not treated fairly at all.

I would like to start by stating that I believe that I worked with multiple offices within this company. I shuffled around amongst different people during the nearly one year process of my refinance. I would also like to state that this refinance was on the difficult side as the original loan was from a private trust. Top Flite Financial are scammers. They strung us along on a refinance for 4 months. Long enough for the interest ratento jump from 2% to ****%. They scammed us and lied to us. They charged us almost $5000 to buy down points from what they said was a 6% interest rate but we were never offered a 6% interest rate nor the opportunity to buy down. horrible experience 9 months to get to the underwriter to discover they had been misclassifying my structure. (manufactured vs. modular) you would think they would know the difference especially after being informed by me of the problem early in the process. The misclassification changes everything...in the lending world it's basically the difference between a trailer home and a site built house. *****, ***** and **** all claim to be the manager/owner but clearly are not. Don't be fooled by the initial low rates; their criteria is far more strict than literally every other provider out there. They will do a hard pull on your credit and then tell you that you don't meet their criteria. Save your time and the headache! I will be taking my business quite literally anywhere else.

Active Duty and Veterans use at own risk. After getting the run around from ***** decided to give Top Flight a chance. Told the loan representative from the beginning the purpose of the cash out refi was to make repairs (replace A/C) and improvements to my home that is 100% payed for.
