Don't be fooled by the initial low rates; their criteria is far more strict than literally every other provider out there. They will do a hard pull on your credit and then tell you that you don't meet their criteria. Save your time and the headache! I will be taking my business quite literally anywhere else.

Active Duty and Veterans use at own risk. After getting the run around from ***** decided to give Top Flight a chance. Told the loan representative from the beginning the purpose of the cash out refi was to make repairs (replace A/C) and improvements to my home that is 100% payed for. Loan officer attempted to get an appraisal waiver sense I had just payed for an appraisal for the ***** Bank nightmare. This company has a serious communication problem. I will say no more. Frankly any potential borrower would deserve better than my own experience and I would suggest strongly you steer clear. My loan officer was ******* “****” ***** and was a complete failure. I do not post this review with animosity just based on fact.

Was told we were approved for a loan and they ended the process without notifying us.... stop answering their phone.... I asked in email if they could send everything in writing concerning the outcome of the loan and haven't heard anything for a month or more

Top flite gave me a runaround, told them up frount I want cash out to repair a bad spot in my log home I'm out over 500$ and then they say they can't, do it because of damage to log , Now I Remind you they was told up frount!
