Caring staff,beautiful facility. Not your typical ER. I have recommend this ER to all my friends and family. 2 other people I know have gone and been treated with exceptional care and were blown away by the kindness and Christian atmosphere!

IN DENTON, Staff is not in a hurry for anything. I had to tell them multiple times it was an emergency due to head injury, shift change was more important to them instead of stabilizing the head injury even though they had zero other patients in rooms.GO TO AN ACTUAL HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT. Doctors here are not bad, they try to show they care and want to fix you.
Went to get a Covid Test November 22 2020 just to make sure I was not positive for Thanksgiving. They did a Covid test was there maybe an Hour. Looking at my insurance claims they put in 4 claims in for over $ 180,000 yes over $180,000 dollars.
I came here to share the same Covid test billing horror story. My bill was insane, around $10-11K. I called Cigna to see what was going on. They said the whole bill was outrageous. It even included entire boxes of supplies that were extremely marked up. They covered ~$4K, but that was it. I called TotalCare to see where the bill was that I was apparently due to pay and the woman I spoke with said “oh we don’t pass that cost on to the patient.
