I thought it was a reliable place. Be careful and BE AWARE. My husband and I took a covid test. Total Care charged me over $10,000 for a covid test. I called today to Total Care and i asked how much is a covid 19 test for a person without insure, they told me $450 and the antibody test $150. But they charged me over $10,000, obviously our insure don t want to pay. We didn t get any treatment at all, it was just a covid test less than 10 minutes my husband and i at the same time. Total care is taking advantage.

This facility charged my insurance company over $9000 for a single COVID test. Do not let them continue their dishonest practice.

Staff and service was fine. Nothing amazing, they did not really care for COVID safety protocols outlined by the CDC. Went there to get a COVID test to be able to return to work. Sat in my car for 1.5hrs, then had a visit with a doctor that lasted 10mins it included: 1x blood pressure check (not entirely sure why) 1x Antibody finger prick 1x nasal swab I was not showing symptoms at the time - it was precautionary due to possible exposure to an infected individual. UPDATE: Olivia from Total Care called me Saturday morning. Her professionalism and sincerity were greatly appreciated. She apologized and took the time to explain the break down in communication and the steps she was implementing to correct everything that happened. Olivia restored my respect to Total Care and because she is there, I will recommend this place. Original Post: horrible customer service that amounts to money, money, money.
