Any time I have a visit with them it’s always pleasant. No long wait times. Nieosha front desk has great customer service. The staff is always punctual and friendly. Recommend 10/10. 🙌🏼

The staff at this location are professional and polite. I have been coming to this clinic for about a year, and they have been kind, respectful, and consistent! Other Total Care locations I will not be returning, but this particular location on Hulen Street I recommend. 👌🏾

Went to a different er for uti the night before I went to TotalCare, they took forever and said I didn’t have one. I waited til the next day and went to total care, they had me in and out in 20 minutes!! Honestly maybe even 10! I definitely had a uti and they got me a prescription that same night. Dr. Traylor and my nurse, Micheal were fantastic! Thank yall for listening to me and knowing something was wrong!

I had an unexpectedly great experience at this ER. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I was checked in quickly, seen by a nurse almost immediately, and then evaluated by the doctor shortly after that. What really stood out to me was how smooth the entire process was — I was in and out in under two hours, which is practically unheard of for an emergency room visit. This is the second time I have turned to this office for care, and they have been fantastic both times. I was able to be seen quickly, and they took time to explain how to care for my injury as well instructions for using the crutches I was prescribed. Very professional staff that I highly recommend.

This is a well-oiled operation. Thy are very friendly, professional and prompt. We have been here twice unfortunately, however, this is the best, most efficient ER we have ever been to. It beats Methodist and BSW in every aspect.
