My son broke his wrist playing soccer. Walked in to TotalCare ER around 10:00pm. Wendi at the front desk received us with a smile and quickly got us started with the process of checking in. Before I could even complete the forms, RT Rene called us in and started examination report. Couple minutes later, RN Marysol walked in and introduced herself. Turns out…. I was in yesterday for my Labs follow up with Jan Bradley via appointment. The wait time was a little excessive, but that's to be expected sometimes. My Nurse was sweet and thorough. Dr. Bradley was on her game as usual. I've been her problem child for a while now trying to get straightened out and she's been very patient with me. I appreciate her so much.
