Stephanie Petty is great and listens to me and my concerns. The staff has always been friendly. I was told to get an X-ray for possible pneumonia but I was never called with results. I called after 24 hours but still no response. It was the weekend but my understanding is their open weekends. Besides response on returned calls with questions the only other issue is that you often have to wait over an hour to be seen. On the flip side, I’ve always been able to be seen when I need it.

They took care of me meticulously. Fantastic team of doctors and nurses. Very clean environment. Very professional team who makes you comfortable and helps you through out the procedures smoothly. The employees at front desk also were extremely helpful.

I had a flareup of a sciatic nerve, the pain was so intense. I could not wait for an appointment for the next day. My daughter suggested I try the emergency room at Total Care. Mind you, I have gone before when it was under different management. I am singing their praise today! I have never gone to an emergency room and met and been treated by some of the warmest caring individuals.
