This was one of the best visits I’ve ever had to see a doctor. I got in right away. They did all the tests that were necessary and explained it all to me. Dr. Trotter and his staff were wonderful. They were so nice very caring and very understanding. I got everything I needed and they sent me on my way feeling much much better. Do not hesitate to go there. I continue to go to Total Care because of the care I receive. I like the provider and the nurses. I love that I can get My labs done right there in house. It is great!! Here is one thing I haven’t said. I drive all the way from Azle to the office because I know I can get the care I need here. I just schedule my appointments for days I am working in town. Received very thoughtful professional care after my fall.. the staff was Most accommodating and thoughtful. My condition of a fractured fema was x-rayed and I was handled with the utmost care and consideration. Thanks .

It was the best emergency I ever gone to. Paperwork wise it was easy and clear. Didn't have to wait a long time. Doctors came quick to check on me and do all the necessary test that I need it. Went extra mile to do X-rays to find any abnormality. We're able to find my problem, help me with my pain. Gave me the prescription to get my medication. Explain very thoroughly about my issue. Overall it was fantastic. 24/7 service, if you ever feeling bad that you cannot breath or have any emergency this is the right place for you!

I had a cut above my eye that required stitches. Everyone at total care was extremely helpful and explained what needed to be done and how to care for my wound. I highly recommend total care for anyone that needs their help!!
