I had my van towed to town center Nissan and meet Eddie with service and he was awesome. The problem I have was they charged me 1600 and I still had to tow my van home because I needed 4 cadilic converters and they wanted 1000 each plus another 1000 to put them in I said no. I found 4 of them for 840 and the shop at home charged me 250 to put them on. I feel they tried to rip me off on the price. Im very disappointed with town center Nissan and would never recommend them. They are over priced.

Service representative Eddie was great as always. The braking issue continues to get worse although service mechanic couldn't duplicate issue every time I brake between 50 and 60 mph there is a really bad wobbling and vibration. Service record states possible warped rotor. This should be replaced under warranty since this is not the first time I've had this issue. Last time at my 10K mile service they turned it. It should be replaced.

Normally, I get great service at Town Center Nissan not this time. I took my car in for an oil change and let them know that I would be traveling. So with that said my car fluids were not topped off. I recently tried calling Nissan 4 times and got through once only to be directed to a voice-mail. The woman whom I left the voice-mail for never returned my call. Long story short, made an appointment, didn't matter, all the cars there before got in before me. Then waited in service dept lounge for nearly 5 hours only to find out that someone tried to call even though I was there, so they did nothing. I finally asked what was going on and was told parts needed to be ordered and wouldn't be there until next day. Then made me use a rental car! Second time in row I've had horrible service at Town Center Nissan! Will never be back! I guess I'll try Regal Niss

Horrible. Service rep lied by saying he wasnt aware of any issues with the titan transmissions when there have been many problems then lied by saying there was no update for the tcm. I complained further then after sitting on it another 24 hrs called back and said it already had the update. Meanwhile, i have a brand new truck that the transmission wont let me pull out into traffic unless i manually shift it. But there is nothing wrong with it pathetic

Service technician is very unfriendly.Customer is not their priority.They pretend to be busy even if there is no one in the line.Will not answer your calls during or after its completion.At the time of delivery same technician will not prefer answering your queries but will point out towards the cashier.

I would give a negative star if possible. I made the appt online. I requested oil and whatever routine maintenance for 80,000mileage. I waited for 4 hours with no updates. Upon asking for a status I was told the contact for my car left and the paperwork was left on his desk. My car had the oil change and was just sitting in the lot. My cost was waived but I lost at least 3 hours and no maintenance was done. I dont feel comfortable coming back for the maintenance

Town Center Nissan is not customer friendly nor cares if your auto is repaired correctly. You can call till your blue in the face and never get a response. Id never take my vehicle to them again.
