I arrived without an appointment. I was met immediately by a courteous individual, who was also friendly. Despite not having an appointment, service was accomplished much sooner than expected. The waiting room was comfortable, as well as clean. I have had my Nissan's serviced at this location for a number of years, and I am always impressed by the service people that I meet, and the outstanding service that I receive.
Great service department and they kept us in the loop.
