I really don't wanna talk about it. I walked into buy a car for $23,000 cash. I walked up in $35,000 of debt. The car I came to see was not existent.

"I strongly advise against taking your Infiniti to them. My recent experience with their service could have been more satisfactory, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same. The service was mediocre and nothing more. You can save yourself the trouble and look for a better option. They do not rotate after-market tires. The only thing I received service on was a change.

They sold us a bad transmission. They charged us $250 to tell us that they sold us a bad transmission. Said they will not warranty the labor like Ford and GMC because it was not installed by them. Nissan USA approved a warranty replacement and was going to be shipped to the mechanic shop that installed it for me. The was a month and a half ago and still have not received the replacement. Dealership or Nissan this was a horrible experience and representation of the brand and product.
After thousands of dollars spent and four visits our car still leaks oil
Tires were not rotated I know this because two of my rims that are damaged are still on the same side. They didn't not perform the 20k service like I asked for just and oil change. This place is a joke.
Had to get a key fob replacement. Waited over 2 hours. Was told they had to remake and reprogram key because it wasnt in the system. Wanted over $200 for the key. Told them I didnt order a key. I ordered a key fob. They did correct their mistake, which only took about 15 minutes. End result - the new key didnt work.
Charged me $150 to run a diagnostic and told me that nothing was wrong. I asked them to check my alternator which they said they did. After picking it up, my car did the exact same thing that I had it towed to them for. After 2 tows and diagnosing the issue myself, they wanted to charge $2900 for an alternator and throttle body. I subsequently had my car towed to a local shop and had the job done at a way cheaper price. About $1700 cheaper. They didnt charge me anything on the second visit. TY
