Doesn't matter if you have an appointment, still going to take a while. They also claim to do a multi point inspection but I never saw it or was reviewed it.
I had to get a new transmission and new brakes. When I got my car back it was leaking oil and making a knocking when I brake sound when, so I had to take it back. Apparently there was a damaged part that was used and that's why my car was dripping oil. After getting my car back for the second time I'm still dealing with knocking sounds when I brake. To slow. It take to much time just oil chance
The service has always been good. This last visit not so good. Waited 2 hours after dropping off my car for a scheduled oil change. I was told appointments don't matter. If it is first come first serve why did 2 customers arrive 45 min after me and then leave before I did. Not good at all.

Took tooo long for oil change. Oil change at most 1 hour. I can get my oil changed at Jeff's lib for a few dollars more and save a lot of time
