I have been coming to Dr. Frodge since around the time Town Dentistry opened years ago, and I have always had a great experience. I had a lot of cavities as a child, and I some bad experiences, so I became bad at keeping up with my routine care when I became an adult, out of fear. I usually have horrible anxiety going to the dentist, however I had such a great experience. That staff was extremely friendly and created a positive experience for me! I'd definitely recommend them!

If you're like me, you hate going to the dentist. Well this was a very pleasant visit. I decided to change dentists after 15 years due to location. Sasha and Dr. Frodge were very nice and took care of me. I always get anxiety when going but they put me at ease. Very clean, professional, calm environment.

Dr Frodge has been my dentist for over six years. I have watched her business grow, and each time I go to a appointment, I'm blown away at the white glove service they provide. No pun intended. I am always greeted with a smile. The staff is always professional, courteous and kind There has never been any hidden costs, and I always feel well-informed of my options for treatment and the cost. This place is nice, the staff are extremely nice, they even supply you with a nice coffee mug after the visit; however I don't think ill return... I just changed dentists to them; normally I see a dentist every few months for a regular cleaning ... the place seems cool and clean with updated equipment however when I arrived I did not have any issues with my mouth... I have a long-standing fear of the dentist, due to several bad experiences and a mouth that needs a crazy amount of work. I have come in contact with two of the dentists, three hygienists, and one wonderful office worker and they are all kind and gentle souls. When working on me, there are constant reassurances and updates from all parties, which I find very comforting. They are also upfront about costs and long term plans. Lucky for me, I can walk to this office. If you are not so lucky, believe me it is worth the drive.

I've been going to this dentist for several years and have had a great experience every time. The entire staff is friendly. They are always punctual, I've never had to wait to be seen (with an appointment). They are efficient but thorough and I have yet to be poked in the gums or asked open ended questions while their hands are in my mouth. I will say that they seem to submit their claims to my insurance a little odd but I'm not very knowledgable about that whole process so take that "con" with a grain of salt.

Ok, I'm not a fan of going to the dentist as most people agree with me. This must be my third dentist in three years since I move every year it feels like. My fear of dentists doesn't really help when I have to find a new dentist every year. But this office totally helped me over come those fears. Great first experience at a new dentist. I chose this location for its proximity to my home and office, and was really pleased with the care I received. The front desk team is efficient and welcoming, and the hygienist was personable, knowledgeable and did not push additional peripheral services - my previous dental care provider always seemed keen to upsell whitening, bonding, other cosmetic services that were not requested.
